Amanda takes a lighthearted and practical approach to yoga. Each class is a well-rounded offering with a consistent structure: we begin with time in stillness to settle in, then move into gentle rhythmic movement to prime the body and mind for our asana practice. In the movement portion of class, we explore range of motion and strength via yoga postures and modern anatomical understanding. In the final moments of class, we return to stillness and invite calm into our practice.
