Strauss Room

For small, more intimate meetings or get-togethers, choose the Strauss Room. This room is 350 square feet in size and features a boardroom table with executive leather chairs, power tables to plug into and beautiful views of our gardens and the surrounding mountains. Additional features include phone conference capabilities and high-speed wireless internet as well as the ability to have a 65" Smart TV for presentations.

Schubert Room

With 512 square feet of flexible space, the dramatic Schubert Room is ideal for presentations and small breakout sessions. It features a wood-burning fireplace that adds a warm, inviting feel as well as power tables to plug your electronic devices into and cozy oversized leather chairs. Rental includes a 65" smart TV and Jabra Panacast for hybrid meetings. 

Mozart Room

The Mozart Room offers 1,472 square feet of space and can accommodate up to 150 people, depending on the layout you choose. This gorgeous space features cathedral ceilings; exposed wood posts and beams; a wood-burning fireplace; slate terrace; balcony; state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, sound and lighting systems; wireless internet access; quality furnishings; and, best of all, spectacular mountain views.

St. George's Hall

Located near the front of hotel by the lobby is the 1920 sq. foot, St. George’s Hall. This space is great for movie viewing, small vendor tradeshows, meetings, wine and cheese receptions, and other events with up to 150 guests.

Salzburg Room

The Salzburg Room is great for smaller, more personal meetings. Located directly beside the Main Dining Room with 728 square feet of space, this room can be rearranged to whatever your groups needs may be.

Ibex Room Meet at our Bierhall

The Ibex Room at the von Trapp Brewing Bierhall is a great fit for folks looking to have a fun and relaxed space to meet in. This 600 sq ft. space overlooks and is catered by the Bierhall. It's right off our 18-hole disc golf course in case you want to break for a fun teambuilding experience. You can also add a brewery tour at the end of the day with a couple of fresh von Trapp lagers. 

Observation Deck Unique Space overlooking our Brewery

Overlooking the brewery, the Observation Deck is an indoor venue with a modern, open floor plan that offers a variety of setup options for banquets and receptions. This space features farm tables with seating for up to 70 guests, and a private bar.

The Event Tent

Enjoy our large event tent from May - October for large scale meetings and events. This space is by far one of our largest being able to hold up to 250 seated for meals.

von Trapp Brewing Bierhall & Biergarten

Looking to impress your group? Rent one of Stowe's premier spaces at the von Trapp Brewing Bierhall & Biergarten. These spaces can hold up to 300 guests for lunch, dinner or a cocktail event. Inquire about buyout pricing and food and beverage minimums to reserve this unique event space. 

The Gardens

Enjoy a special event our beautiful gardens overlooking the Green Mountains with farm to table lunches or dinners, cocktail parties and more. This unique space wows all groups that are able to reserve it.

Front Lawn & Patio

Enjoy our front lawn, perfect for cocktail events, lunches or dinners while overlooking the Green Mountains. From intimate corporate dinners to elaborate cocktail parties we can host a myriad of events on our beautiful lawn & patio. 

The Kaffeehaus

After 4pm the Kaffeehaus turns into a private event space with a large back yard and space that may be tented for large scale events. Enjoy sweeping views of the Green Mountains while sipping on cocktails at your next corporate event.
