Michael Glabicki, lead singer, songwriter and guitarist for Rusted Root fuses musical mastery and shamanic inspiration into his music and live performances. In his most prolific period to date Glabicki is focusing his energy on his new band, The UPROOTED Band, to carry on the legacy of Rusted Root’s energetic music while recording new music for their debut album due out this Spring.
Dwight + Nicole, based in Burlington, Vermont, traces its musical roots through the blues, soul, and R&B traditions by exploring the spaces between these genres, connecting them with themes found in dream pop and alternative rock. Dwight Ritscher’s warm, soulful tenor would be the envy of many bands, but it is Nicole Nelson’s four-octave vocal range that wowed a national audience during season three of NBC’s “The Voice.”
2019 International Blues Challenge finalist, Misty Blues, is fronted by lead singer/band founder Gina Coleman. The band is based out of Berkshire County, Massachusetts playing original and traditional blues with hints of jazz, soul, funk and tent revival gospel since 1999. The band has recorded with Eric Gales, Charles Neville and Joe Louis Walker, and opened for contemporary blues artists like Mike Zito, Albert Castiglia, Tab Benoit, James Montgomery, John Primer, Roomful Of Blues, Albert Cummings and Michael Powers. Misty Blues performs extensively throughout New England and has toured the continental U.S., Canada and the UK. The band has been nominated for a few Independent Blues Music Awards and their 17 albums have broad domestic and international airplay. In 2024 the band had a song they released selected for use in a U.S. Presidential campaign ad.
All Night Boogie Band is a blues, rock & roll, and soul-inspired band hailing from the Green Mountains of Burlington, Vermont. Formed in late 2021, the young yet experienced quintet expresses a unique sound full of originality, vigor, and dedication to the resonance of great American music.
All Night Boogie Band won “Best Blues Group” in the 2025 Seven Daysies Awards and “Vermont Rising Stars” in the 2023 New England Music Awards. They were nominated for “Blues Act of the Year” in the 2025 New England Music Awards. They were featured as a Relix Magazine “Artist on the Rise” in their July 2022 Edition, won Vermont’s 2023 Blues Challenge, and were Semifinalists at the Blues Foundation’s International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Tennessee in January 2023.

No. Dogs and pets are not permitted for the safety of your pet and all guests.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No outside food or beverages are allowed at the von Trapp Music & Food Festival. Food and beverages will be available for purchase in the Concert Meadow.
Can I bring a blanket to lay on or chair to sit on?
Yes! We encourage guests to bring a blanket or low-back chair for seating in the Concert Meadow.
What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 11:00 AM. The Concert Meadow will open at that time for seating.
Is the event rain or shine?
Yes, this event will take place rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
What does a VIP ticket include?
A VIP ticket includes access to a reserved seating area at the front of the Concert Meadow (first come, first choice within the roped-off section), access to a VIP bar at the front of the meadow, and VIP parking. Only 150 VIP tickets available.
Where is parking located?
VIP parking is located in the Outdoor Center lot.
General Admission parking is located in the Wedding Meadow.
A local non-profit will be assisting with parking and collecting voluntary donations for fundraising purposes.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
If available, tickets may be sold at the gate for $85 each. However, due to capacity restrictions in the Concert Meadow, we anticipate selling out in advance.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, re-entry is permitted.
Is there an ATM on site?
Yes, there is an ATM located inside the Lodge near the gift shop. We encourage guests to plan ahead and bring cash if needed for food and beverages.
What is the smoking and vaping policy?
The Concert Meadow is a smoke- and vape-free environment for the comfort and enjoyment of all guests.
What are the food vendor hours?
Food vendors will be open from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Are drones allowed?
No drones are permitted at this event.
